Ray's Moving & Storage

Ray’s originally started in 1954 by Ray and Leona Diehl, when Ray’s Transport diversified into moving and storage. The moving and storage business eventually grew to be large enough that Ray’s Moving and Storage Co. Ltd. was incorporated as a separate company in 1974 by brothers Richard and Gordon Diehl.
Ray’s is also a member of United Van Lines, which is made up of 200 privately owned moving companies in Canada. Today, United Van Lines is Canada’s largest network of moving companies and the only Canadian controlled van line.
Additionally, Ray’s is a member of the Canadian Association of Movers (CAM). CAM is Canada’s trade association representing moving and storage companies, with a purpose of assisting consumers to access credible, professional moving services. CAM has awarded Ray’s the title of Certified Canadian Mover recognizing it as a reputable, professional moving and storage company where consumers can be assured of receiving services that are based on ethical conduct, professional competency and effective complaint-handling.
